The gardens were pure romance. Vibrant flowers created a serene atmosphere. our room, the 'superior room', was very clean and comforting after our journey. we especially enjoyed the delicious meals prepared with fresh ingredients, that filled our nights with delight. the staff greeted us with such warmth and attention. It.!!
the beach area was a bit smaller than i thought, but it was still lovely.

the hotel was directly on the beach the room was basic but acceptable for a short stay
the staff needed more training on guest interaction i greeted them each morning but received only mumbled responses the bartender seemed aloof also the food was disappointing the jerk chicken was dry and flavorless

helpful staff convenient location clear water
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the gym had good equipment and it was useful. the location was really convenient, close to other amenities and restaurants. the beach was well-kept. I appreciated the clean sand and clear water.
I noticed a slight issue with the wifi signal. It was a bit weak inside my room.

The hotel had a very clean premises and maintained gardens. I also found that the staff were friendly and cute. The beachfront food service was convenient and accessible. A lifeguard was present at the pool.
I found no phone in the room. This necessitated trips to reception for inquiries. This should be fixed.

nice pool great dinner excellent food slow wifi hot water lack oxygen
I enjoyed the pool! It sits right by the beach which is very nice. Dinner tasted great and I ate it on the patio. Staffs work very well. Everyone is accommodating and provides excellent food!
I found no hot water the first two nights. The wifi was slow in my room. The gym lacks oxygen making it hard to breathe in there. Toilet overflowed on day 3. I woke up to this happening!
